Hyatt Place Downtown Greenville

Located in the central business district, the Hyatt Place Downtown Greenville, SC will offer 130 guest rooms. The project is set to break ground in 2017 and will be adjacent to the Greenville News development site. With Greenville, SC named the #1 “Micro City of the Future” the hotel will benefit from both a strong corporate + leisure demand base.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Charleston Historic District

The completion of the Holiday Inn Charleston Historic District in 2013 ushered in a major wave of new development on upper Meeting Street. In 2014, Tara exercised an option agreement on the parcel adjacent to the Holiday Inn where a 139 room Homewood Suites will be constructed. The hotel will include a 3 story parking deck, over 3000 square feet of meeting space and a full service bar. The project is slated to break ground in 2015 and will be our second hotel on Charleston’s peninsula.

Hampton Inn and Suites Charlotte Ballantyne

Breaking ground in mid-2015- our second Hilton property in Ballantyne will be a 120 room Hampton Inn and Suites. The project’s location makes it highly accessible to both the Toringdon and Ballantyne corporate parks, in addition to the other amenities in the area. Additionally, the hotel will feature extended meeting space and an upgraded bridal suite.

Holiday Inn Charleston Historic District

The first new build in Charleston’s historic district in well over a decade, the 120 room Holiday Inn has stimulated neighboring growth on Meeting Street. Located on the northern edge of what is considered the proper historic district, the hotel provides walking access to Marion Square and all of the shopping and dining options on Upper King Street. In addition to the strong local demand generators, the hotel sees substantial contribution from IHG’s brand loyalty program as it is the only IHG hotel located in the historic district.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Charlotte Ballantyne

As the only Hilton product in this Charlotte submarket, the 117 all suites hotel is ideally located in proximity to the Ballantyne Corporate Park. Zoned for 6.5 million square feet, the office park is the largest outside of Charlotte’s central business district. With large corporate tenants like SPX, Metlife, and ESPN the hotel stands to benefit from continued growth in the market.

Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville Airport

As the group’s first acquisition in 2003, the Hampton Inn and Suites Nashville Airport has been a consistent top performer in the market. With it’s location in the airport market, along with the premier brand affiliation the hotel has achieved a 100% increase in RevPAR since it’s acquisition. The hotel is in the planning stage for a comprehensive renovation which will see the implementation of Hilton’s “Forever Young Initiative”.

Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District

Located in Savannah’s historic district adjacent to Bay Street, the 127 room Holiday Inn was acquired as a Four Points by Sheraton in 2014. With renovations completed that year the hotel looks to benefit from the strong leisure demand the downtown market attracts, as well as local demand generators such as SCAD and Georgia Ports to name a few. The hotel was shortly sold after switching flags in 2015.
